My best job ever was with the Hoysradt-Corey job in Hohokus, NJ. First of all my first week was the week of July,4th, 1998. They welcomed me and my 6 friends for the weekend. They treated me like I was one of the family from day one. I still stay in contact with them and their 2 children. Jack is in his 20's now and Anne is a Junior at Duke. I was with them for 5 years. I have had many great jobs and families but they stand out.
ReplyDeleteMy best job ever was being employed by the Raimondi family in New York they treated each of their employees like a member of their family. Since I was the primary caregiver for both children they provided the best accomadations the very best of everything, my well being and happiness was of the utmost importance to them. They trusted and valued my work and in return I provided the same, commitment dedication mutual respect loyalty and love for their children I am very grateful and most appreciative.Very few employers treat their employees well remember you are leaving your children in the hands of someone who is to provide excellent care so why would you not take good care of them as well.I worked for this family for over 10 years and many opportunities were offered to me but I would never ever think for one minute to leave them "Why?" They were so good to me they had become my immediate family.
